Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Excel from its offices within the State of Gujarat. By accessing this site, you and Excel agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Gujarat, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You and Excel also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the High Court of Gujarat and the United States district court for the northern district of California with respect to such matters.

It is the express wish of the parties that the Terms of Use and all related documents have been drawn up in English.

General
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal right to use Excelceramic.com in accordance with the stated terms and usage policies.
